Cookie Recipe
And because 'Tis the season to bake, here is my favorite cookie recipe which I tried today, and came out DELICIOUS!

                  Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
    •  2 cups white sugar
    •  4 eggs
    •  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    •  5 cups all-purpose flour
    •  2 teaspoons baking powder
    •  1 teaspoon salt
    1. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour (or overnight).
    2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Roll out dough on floured surface 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter. Place cookies 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
    3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oven. Cool completely
    4. To make icing, mix the milk and the sugar together with a fork. To make it more of a thin glaze, add more milk.  To make it a thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.

Belle Époque: A Tribute To Diamonds

Belle Époque: A Tribute To Diamonds

    Hello Fashionistas,
Brilliant Earth, a jewelry company which provides the highest quality jewelry originating from pure sources, is launching their new collection, 'Belle Époque', today, 4th of December. Since I was extremely excited to see what their amazing designing team has prepared for this collection, I decided that I give you the chance to take an exclusive look at their new collection!
The queen of jewelry, Audrey Hepburn, known for her part in the movie 'Breakfast at Tiffany's' had an amazing passion about diamonds, and gorgeous accessories.
Marilyn Monroe though, internationally known as the most beautiful woman, has said the historical phrase: 'Diamonds are a girl's best friend', which is absolutely true. Am I right ladies?

Anyway, enough with the history. Time for me to tell you more about Belle Époque.
Something that I found really interesting is that 'Belle Époque' is french for 'Beautiful Era'! How beautiful is this? Easy to figure though, since the entire collection is inspired by the uniqueness of vintage jewelry. Each piece tells its own story. Something you'll quickly understand is that all of the jewelry in this collection are detailed, romantic, feminine and delicate.
Just like Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe.

To continue with, I made some fashion collages to show you different ways this delicate jewelry can be worn, in order to help you understand the entire collection's theme:
     Romance, Vintage and Precious

    Outfit No.1: Eternity
Not really an outfit, but let's be realistic: Diamonds are equal to engagement.  Combined with the royal-like Bella Diamond

    Outfit No.2: It's all new
A romantic, modern, cute combination. With the gorgeous Lyra Diamond Ring.

Outfit No.3: It's all in the stars
Diamonds always make girls shine like diamonds. Combined with Bezel Flower Stud Earrings.

    Outfit No.4: Romance
Romantic, girly, lovable colors, combined with the beautiful Cherie Diamond Ring.

Ladies, I think now you all know now what you want for Christmas, Valentine's Day, your birthday or your next anniversary… You can find them here and here!

Paris Day Two: My Day in Walt Disney Studios!

Paris Day Two: Walt Disney Studios

    Hello Fashionistas!
It has been a while since I posted here… Well, I have been studying for exams most of the time, but I finally found some time to write! I promise I'll keep up! Here y'all go, day two, in the amazing Walt Disney Studios! I personally believe that Disneyland is simply better, but I had a wonderful time there too.

    8.45

Breakfast, anyone? For breakfast I had Green Mint Tea, sausage with eggs and french croissants!

    10.00

After having breakfast, and taking the hotel bus to Disney Park, we check in our tickets and go in Walt Disney Studios!

    11.00

We start off our day taking a walk in the entrance and doing some -very important- shopping.

    13.00

After some rides, we stop by the Monster University corner to snap some pictures and turn our screams into energy (I am NOT kidding)

    14.00

We watched two shows, Animagique and Disney Junior Live on Stage, we discovered the park

    14.30 or something

It's PARA-PARA-PARADE TIMEEEEE! All of my favorite Disney characters walked right in front of me, with their cute movie inspired cars! When Cinderella waved at me, I lost it.

    17.00

I really don't know why, but I simply got kinda bored of The Walt Disney Park, so I decided to go back to Disneyland to do some souvenir shopping… And actually take some pictures of the park.

    18.00

    I know I may have already said this… but… it's… PARA-PARA-PARADE TIMEEEEE!
And Donald Duck waved at me and blew me a kiss. Be jealous.

    19.00

Final stop of the day: Frontierland (aka Fortuneland) We went in the House Of Terror, that mountain ride -I forgot its name- and ate pizza for dinner.

    21.30

Just waiting for the Disney Lights Magic Show, you know, the typical.

    22.00

And… it's time for the show! I watched it again. And I loved it.

And this is how my second day in Paris ended, right after I had a big cup of hot chocolate back in the hotel.

Paris Day One: My Day in Disneyland!

    Paris Day One: Disneyland

    Hello Fashionistas!
I am finally in Paris! I started my wonderful journey in Disneyland. I was actually surprised to see how beautifully the theme park was decorated for halloween, with orange leaves and scary pumpkins, not to mention the House of Terror inside Disneyland.
All photos were taken by me, and you cannot use them without credit and a hyperlink to this article. Please respect the fact that I spend so much time on taking these pictures just for you.

    8.45

We wake up in Kyriad Hotel, get dressed and have a quick breakfast before we begin our adventurous day.

    9.15

The hotel bus picks us up outside from the hotel, with destination... EuroDisney!

    9.30

We are actually here! The wonderful entrance of Disneyland is right infront of us!
We walk on the wonderful sidewalk, towards the entrance!
We snap some photos in the gardens of Disneyland...

    10.00

We finally get our tickets, after the long waiting line :(

    10.10

Halloween has LITERALLY taken over the theme park!
Quoting a visitor, "Now that's what I call Disneyland!"

    10.15

We take a trip with the park's tour train to see the different worlds, and choose which roller coasters we want to ride, but most importantly... have a taste of the real Disney.

    11.30

We see the first character in Disney! And that would be Halloween Minnie of course! We start with Fantasyland first.

    12.00

We get in line for Cups, enjoying the truly wonderful environment. After this, we get some caramel popcorn.

    12.30

We get on the boats of "It's a small world", and we take a journey.

    12.54

We get lost in Alice's Curious Labyrinth and we walk to Alice's castle...

    13.15

We enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and eat a pretzel in this adorable café, right outside of the Labyrinth.

    13.30

We watch the glamorous Halloween parade. It was absolutely awesome and noteworthy. One of the top reasons to come to Disneyland on Halloween. The characters actually waved at you!

    14.30

We get lunch at McDonalds and do some shopping.

    16.00

After we have lunch, we take a walk and snap some pictures around Fantasyland.

    17.35

We leave Fantasyland and enter Discoveryland, for a trip to the future.

    17.45

We get in line for Mountain Space. With a total of 45 minutes of wait, it better be worth it.

    18.30

We ride Mountain Space. Mountain Space was an one-of-a-kind experience, but it made is really really REALLY dizzy. (video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXPFgtfW_yM)

    19.00

We visit the house of Terror which was absolutely AWESOME. If you find your self in Disneyland, make sure to visit it, especially during Halloween.

    20.30

We get dinner at a pizza shop. Even though the pizza literally tasted like plastic, the environment was just right, like always.

    22.00

That's it. The closing time of Disneyland, and also the time for the Disney Lights Magic Show, which was the best thing I have ever seen in my life. A memory for life. (Video of a show similar to the one I saw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlRJxHwPnEY)

That was my first day in Paris, extremely full of fun activities. I felt like a little child! Disneyland=Perfection
